Hi! I’m Kai, a UX designer looking for new opportunities to help others by solving their day to day problems with well researched and user-centric solutions. I enjoy working with people and to understand their needs as humans, I believe that is the core of of user experience design.

Freelance Designer
- Collaborated with Idextrus to redesign their site, streamlining user experience and elevating brand visibility through the introduction of new logos
- Co-created with developer friends to build Tribes, a tool that aims to re-imagine social media by providing a platform to create and deepen meaningful connections while combating the negative effects of traditional platforms
- This site! My personal project, I built, designed, developed and hosted my own website with my own hardware and server. From building the server, learning Linux, discovering cloud-flare services, designing, and building the site, I aimed for a fully local, secure platform with no monthly payments.

- Refined Figma design system by updating old components to be up to modern AAA standards
